バイク乗りで独身オタク女子のアッキーさんが、友達のよっちゃんことヨッシーさんと一緒に、群馬県渋川市（ぐんまけん しぶかわし）にある伊香保（いかほ）まで行き、車中泊をする様子です。
アッキーさんは、JR東日本の上越線の渋川駅まで迎えに行きますが、8kgくらい太り気味のアッキーさんに、約1年ぶりにに会うよっちゃんは、最初、気が付かなかったようです。
その後、2人は伊香保温泉街の365段の石段を登って伊香保神社まで行き、伊香保ロープ-ウエイで山頂付近の見晴駅（標高955m）までの道中で、休憩してはおやつを食べての繰り返しをします。
群馬県西部にある榛名湖（はるなこ）に移動してから、ボートに乗って二人で大はしゃぎをしますが、ストレス発散し過ぎて直ぐに疲れてボート乗り遊びは終了します。
おやつを沢山食べている2人ですが、群馬県渋川市伊香保町（ぐんまけん しぶかわし いかほまち）にある水沢うどんの老舗『大澤屋』（おおさわや）で昼食を食べます。
